XG900 Diaphragm Filter Plate for Deep Dewatering and Resource Recovery The XG900 diaphragm filter plate has a plate size of 900 by 900 millimeters. This plate uses a two stage process. First is low pressure feed filtration. Second is high pressure diaphragm secondary squeezing. This is different from standard chamber plates that only use a single filtration mode. The diaphragm expands evenly and squeezes the filter cake from all sides. This effectively pushes out interstitial water and capillary water from the material. The result is significantly lower cake moisture. The dewatering result is stable. This meets environmental compliance requirements for disposal. It also allows material recovery and reuse which raises resource utilization. The plate supports multiple squeeze pressure levels including 1.2 MPa for standard dewatering and higher pressures like 1.6 MPa, 2.0 MPa, and 2.5 MPa for deep dewatering.
