It is made from reinforced polypropylene material. This plate works together with a matching chamber plate of the same size. The plate uses integral molding technology. The structure is compact and the sealing is reliable. The material resists acid, alkali, and corrosion. It is light weight and easy to install and remove. This plate is designed for the XG250 series small diaphragm filter presses. This filter plate supports two working modes. First is low pressure feeding and filtration. Second is high pressure diaphragm squeezing. The combination of these two modes effectively lowers the moisture content of the filter cake. The plate has a filtration pressure rating up to 1.0 MPa.
