High-Pressure Copper U-Bend Elbow

The high-pressure copper U-bend elbow is specially designed for high-pressure refrigeration pipelines. It is made of UNS C12200 phosphorus-deoxidized copper with thickened forging, which can withstand 2.5MPa working pressure, applicable to high-pressure scenarios such as industrial refrigeration and heat pump systems. Its 180° socket structure adopts a double seal groove design, forming a double seal during welding, with a leakage rate as low as 5×10⁻¹⁰Pa·m³/s. The bending part of the fitting adopts arc transition, with uniform stress distribution, burst pressure resistance ≥5.0MPa, and high safety factor. The oil return bend design optimizes the lubricating oil return path, which can still ensure smooth oil return under high-pressure working conditions, reducing the risk of compressor failure.
