Working Principle1.1, Bending machine mainly consists of Coil loader, Straightening device, first time of feeding device, cutting device, second time of feeding device, bending device & rotation worktable, machine frame, controlling system etc. All the actions are drove by hydraulic system and servo motors, and by PLC controlling. The bending machine is designed refer to imported machines of this kind from Europe, The actions step and process are same with them. Meanwhile, we have also improved it to be more reasonable. To be compared the Heima bending machine which is bending machine brand made by another company, Heima bending machine of actions and process are very not reasonable, it needs to be improved.
