High-Efficiency Ternary Reactor with Inner/Outer Coils

Ternary precursor experimental line: The simplified process mainly includes salt, alkali and ammonia conformation process, crystallisation reaction process, constant temperature aging, washing and drying process.    The liquid nickel sulphate, cobalt sulphate and newly purchased crystal manganese sulphate prepared in the previous process are accurately weighed by an automatic weighing instrument, and then added to the salt-making kettle with pure water to make a certain proportion of sulphate solution (the salt-making kettle needs to be heated with a heating wire (60°C),( 68135446, 67488162,32%) of alkaline solution, the two above are sent to the corresponding tanks by pumps, and processed by precision filters for use in the corresponding tanks.
