Each individual piece of metal functions as a stamping station, enabling various processes such as blanking and forming.   Advantages and Features: Extremely high precision and made from high-quality mold steel, they are extremely wear-resistant and can withstand millions or even tens of millions of stamping cycles. The modular design allows for easy replacement and integration of different units.   Product Process: Using wire-cut EDM technology, the sheet metal is cut with extreme precision to create the complex shapes and precise dimensions of the mold blades. The mating surfaces are then ground using precision surface grinders and internal and external cylindrical grinders to ensure dimensional accuracy. After quality inspection, once the mold parts pass quality inspection, they are loaded onto the mold base for assembly and test stamping.
