Extruder Discs and Wire Mesh Discs are made of high quality woven wire mesh in a variety of material options.. Major filter materials and types: stainless steel woven wire mesh, mild steel wire mesh, phosphate bronze wire cloth, brass wire cloth and sintered wire mesh Shapes: round, square, rectangle, elliptical, U-shaped, other special shapes are available. Disc filters can be provided in single layer, three layer or custom multiple layer options. Marginal materials for pack filters: stainless steel, aluminum and nickel-plated copper. Diameter of the discs: from 10mm to 580mm (1/8" to 22"), also can be produced according to the customers' specific requirements.
