Two Stage Main Relief Valve PC200-8

This two-stage main relief valve Model YH-039 belongs to Pressure Relief Valve, dedicated to 20-ton CLSS closed load-sensing Komatsu PC200-8, PC210-8, PC240-8 and PC200-8M0 excavators, OEM Part No.723-40-92403, commonly known as main system relief valve. A pair of valves are installed on upper and lower pump valve seats of main control manifold, acting as core pressure stabilizing & safety component for full machine hydraulic system to separately limit maximum pressure of front pump and rear pump circuits. Cooperated with branch secondary overload valves and travel/swing auxiliary relief valves, it forms two-stage hydraulic safety circuit: full machine primary high-pressure protection + single branch secondary boost overload protection.
