Hanhui H-15C — Teardown Report: What Is Inside After 1,200 Operating Hours   WHY THIS TEARDOWN WAS DONE A contractor returned a competitor 1.5-2 Ton Mini Excavator at 1,100 hours with cylinder drift, slewing ring play, and a failed auxiliary circuit. The H-15C unit alongside it had 1,200 hours on the same drainage and terracing contract. We stripped both machines on the same day. Here is what we found.   BOOM CYLINDER ROD COMPARISON Competitor rod surface: three longitudinal scores averaging 0.09mm depth. Wipe seal: hardened and cracked at the contact lip. Static position hold under 1.5-tonne load: failed at 8 minutes — 43mm drift.   H-15C rod surface: polished wear only, no scoring. Independent Rockwell reading: 53 HRC still within the 50-55 HRC factory specification. Wipe seal: full elasticity, lip contact zone intact.
