As an efficient clay sand casting material and cast iron auxiliary material, this foundry silicon carbide (SiC) plays a key role in deoxidation, carburization, and grain refinement in cast iron casting due to its high hardness and high thermal conductivity. The product has high purity (SiC content ≥95%) and uniform particle size (20-80 mesh optional). When used in synergy with foundry compound sand and foundry sodium bentonite, it can improve the high-temperature erosion resistance of the sand mold; when compounded with foundry coal powder, it can optimize the surface finish of castings; and when used with foundry starch, it can reduce the adhesion between the sand mold and castings.
