Operating Principle The core of the Electrodeionization System consists of cation and anion exchange membranes, mixed ion exchange resins, concentrate and dilute chambers, and electrodes.Under the action of a direct current electric field, the cations and anions in the raw water are adsorbed by the resins in the dilute chamber, and simultaneously driven by the electric field to directionally pass through the corresponding ion exchange membranes into the concentrate chamber, where they are discharged.The electric field simultaneously ionizes water to generate H⁺ and OH⁻, continuously regenerating the ion exchange resins that have reached adsorption saturation.
