CB/T3475-1992 Anti Wave Valve

The principle of marine Anti Wave Valve is actually a one-way check valve. Generally, Anti Wave Valve has a tongue plate with springs inside. It is normally closed, and the tongue can be opened by the forward fluid. When the valve is open, the tongue cannot be opened by reverse flow. Due to the limitation of valve seat, there are also requirements during installation. First of all, you cannot reverse the installation. Secondly, if the design requires the installation of Closed Vertical Storm Valve, it cannot be installed horizontally. Otherwise, due to the dead weight of the inner tongue plate, it will be inconvenient to open or close. Anti Wave Valve is used to discharge sewage or waste water, which can be automatically closed and prevent backflow of overboard water.
